Why does UDIRC UCX2401 RC Car carbon brushed motor spark excessively inside the can?
Mild sparking is normal for brushed motors under load, but excessive sparks indicate worn brushes or commutator damage.
Check if the carbon brushes are properly seated and replace them if shorter than 3mm. Dirty commutator bars can also worsen sparking—clean with fine sandpaper.
